1. Your rights in short

You can ask Kepi Media SRL to confirm whether it holds details about you and to give you a copy. You can ask for them to be corrected, erased or restricted, object to how they are used, and ask for them in a portable form. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time.

2. How to make a request

Call +40 744113403, or write to Kepi Media SRL at Aleea Stanila 2 Bldg. H 12 Entrance 2 Apt. 4 Postal code 032708, Locality Sectorul 3, County Bucuresti. Say which right you want to use, and give the name, phone number and email address you used in your callback request so the details can be found.

3. Checking who is asking

To protect your details, the publisher may ask you to confirm your identity before it acts on a request. It will ask only for what is needed to be sure the request comes from you.

4. Withdrawing consent

If you no longer want a consultation call, say so by phone or post and the request will be closed. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, and it creates no obligation on your side.

5. Timing

Requests are answered without undue delay and within the period set by law. If a request is complex, you will be told why it is taking longer.

6. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to a data protection authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office. In Romania it is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
