1. Who is responsible
Kepi Media SRL (CUI 24734950), with its office at Aleea Stanila 2 Bldg. H 12 Entrance 2 Apt. 4 Postal code 032708, Locality Sectorul 3, County Bucuresti, is the controller of personal data collected through practicalstillness.com. This policy took effect on Apr 16, 2025 and was last updated on Jun 26, 2026. Phone: +40 744113403.
2. What is collected
When you send the callback request form, the site receives your full name, email address and phone number, the optional note you write, and your consent choice. Like any web server, the site also receives basic technical data with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.
3. Why it is used
Your request details are used to arrange and carry out the consultation call you asked for, with your consent. Technical data is used to keep the site secure and working, on the basis of the publisher's legitimate interest in doing so. Some data may also be kept where the law requires it.
4. Who receives it
Request details are passed only to the specialists who arrange and carry out the consultation call, and to service providers that host or support the site. They may use the details only for those purposes.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's font servers when a page opens. Google receives technical data such as your IP address, under its own policy.
6. How long details are kept
Request details are kept only for as long as needed to arrange and follow up the request, and to meet legal obligations. They are then deleted or anonymised.
7. Transfers outside your country
The publisher is based in Romania. Specialists and service providers may be located elsewhere. Where details leave the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are used.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see the details held about you, to have them corrected or erased, to restrict or object to their use, to receive them in a portable form, and to withdraw your consent at any time. How to do this is explained on the Your data page.
You may also complain to a data protection authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office. In Romania it is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Questions can be sent through the Contact Us page.
