How the review works
The review is a conversation built around your actual bills. It follows the same order each time.
Before the call
After you send the form, a specialist contacts you by phone or email to agree a time. It helps to have recent bills within reach, with the start date of each contract.
On the call
The specialist goes through which monthly services your household uses, points out overlapping coverage and out-of-contract loyalty pricing, and outlines a practical switching or renegotiation plan.
Afterwards
The plan is yours to consider. The household decides which provider changes, if any, to make, and nothing has to be signed or switched afterwards.
What the review covers
A structured look at recurring monthly household contracts: mobile and telecom plans, home broadband, car and home insurance, utilities and digital subscriptions. Mention any of them in the note, or leave it for the call.
What to have to hand
One or more recurring monthly household bills, and valid contact details, meaning a name, a phone number and an email address, so the saving plan and the call reach the right person.
Limits worth keeping in mind
Whether a contract can be lowered or switched depends on minimum commitment periods, what local providers offer, how the service is used and any eligibility checks a provider runs. Examples from past multi-contract reviews are illustrations of those households, not forecasts for yours.
